Its currently difficult to assess whether issues playing a video are originating from Viewcastle's end (or the end of an integration with Viewcastle) vs related to the users actual internet connection. Adding an alert to inform the user that their internet is not sufficient to watch videos with would help give users better context for troubleshooting any playback problems they are experiencing.
