As a viewer, I want to see a loading indication when waiting on a video to play so I know a connection is being made

There is currently no indication anything is happening between the time a viewer / user clicks on a video's "Play" or "Resume" button and the time the video player appears and begins playing the content. The purpose of this story is to ensure there is a loading indication on the button when it is pressed so the user gets immediate feedback from the UI that the video is preparing to be played.
