As a viewer, I want to see events that are "upcoming or live" in the front of "past events" that are in the same media row

Currently events in a media row are in reverse-chronological ordered based on the scheduled start date of the live event. This is fine and expected behavior for past events where a user would want to see the most recent past event first, however when an event is upcoming, the opposite should be true. Upcoming events need to be in chronological order yet still in front of any past events that may be within the same media row. Lastly, live events should still be in reverse-chronological order based on their scheduled start date, so that the most recently started live event appears first, but they should always show collectively in the very front of the media row they are in. This is because currently live events are the most relevant items to a user in that row.
