The outline remains on media items after they are dragged on a mobile device

Dragging a media item with your finger on a mobile device will cause the media item not to open or take the viewer to a new page which is intended behavior because when dragging the media item it is assumed that the user is wanting to scroll the media row itself. However, upon releasing the finger, the white outline still remains on the media item. Its expected that once releasing your finger, no media items should have a white outline on them.
